We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Writer. You’ll work with experts, create clear user guides and visuals, and keep our documentation sharp and engaging.

Job Responsibilities:

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate.
• Create technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and release notes.
• Update, manage and maintain all technical documentation.
• Review, edit and proofread content.
• Organize technical information, written content, and design layouts for an optimal user experience.
• Create diagrams, graphics and exploded views to illustrate assembly/operation procedures and product part breakdowns.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to effectively communicate and simplify complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Minimum of 2 years Technical Writing experience (preferably in a software, manufacturing, or engineering environment).
• Bachelor of Education in English, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign, SolidWorks Composer, and Canva.

Additional Skills (Not Required):

• French speaking/writing/translation skills
• Familiarity with farming equipment/the farming and agriculture industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
