Technician - Field Service

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to perform the role of Field Service Technician to maintain and repair our full range of Construction & Utility equipment for the Melville region.

Komatsu experience is preferred but not necessary. We are on the search for someone who has strong hydraulic fault-finding skills who knows what it means to represent an OEM in every customer interaction.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located: Melville, Hamilton

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent
• Class 1 driver’s licence, Class 2 (heavy transport) preferable
• Strong hydraulics fault finding skills
• Proficient in the maintenance and repair of OEM equipment
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
