Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from enquiry databases.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to admission-related enquiries.
- Explain available UG courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Provide accurate information about the college, campus facilities, placement opportunities, and extracurricular activities.
- Follow up with interested students to encourage application submission and admission confirmation.
- Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission appointments.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain student enquiry records, call logs, follow-up details, and admission status in Excel or the college CRM.
- Send admission-related information through WhatsApp, SMS, or email as per college policy.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to the Admission officer.
Qualifications
- Any degree is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
