About Us:
Awish Clinic is a leading Skin & Hair clinic offering advanced treatments in dermatology and cosmetology. We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can handle patient queries, follow up on leads, and assist in appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for patient inquiries.
- Explain clinic services and treatments to potential patients.
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with patients for reminders, consultations, and feedback.
- Maintain call records, leads, and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with counsellors and clinic team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Confident, polite, and patient-friendly.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- Freshers with good speaking skills are also welcome.
