Full job description
Job Title: Telecaller (fresher can apply)
Location: Onsite at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Explaining the product features in detail
- Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade the right customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to educate them about the product and solve their queries.
- Convert potential leads into customers by answering incoming calls/dialing outbound leads on a rotating basis.
- Should be able to work with a team and meet deadlines.
- Must proficiently handle customers and identify their needs for service and support.
- Use Dynamics Marketing to track customer interactions and data.
- Utilize Salesforce Analytics to analyze sales data and report on goals and sales performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to learn about products and services and deliver the same to potential customers.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
- Knowledge of Dynamics Marketing, Salesforce Analytics, and cold calling techniques.
- Must be able to handle customers' rejection and stress in conjunction with a fast-paced work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,20,000.00 - ₹3,00,000.00 per year
