Role Overview

As a Tele Caller Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to ticket inquiries, event promotions, and sales conversions. You’ll represent BeastDrive professionally, ensuring every caller gets a seamless and energetic brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for ticket sales and event promotions.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers enquiring about BeastDrive events, pricing, and schedules.
  • Clearly explain event details, ticket categories, and ongoing offers to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close ticket sales.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer queries promptly.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and call targets.
  • Share customer feedback with the marketing and event teams for service improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and [local language].
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Good listening skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Ability to work under targets and maintain positive energy on calls.
  • Interest in cars, motorsports, or events is an added advantage!

Pay: ₹10,954.41 - ₹40,741.09 per month
