Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, promotions, or service updates.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain call records and update information in the system.
- Explain products or services clearly over the phone.
- Achieve daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to convince customers.
Eligibility:
- Age between 18 to 24 years.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (preferred).
- Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
