Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, friendly and energetic Telecaller to join Visionfly Holidays.
Your role is to call clients, explain travel packages, convert leads, and maintain customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain domestic & international travel packages
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
- Maintain customer database and update call records
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Coordinate with the sales team for closing bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English + Kannada & Hindi preferred)
- Confident phone handling
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in telecalling / sales / travel industry is a plus
Working Hours
(10 AM – 6 PM)
