Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers/candidates
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records
- Handle customer queries professionally
Experience:
- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant and confident speaking voice
