Job Title: Telecaller (ayurveda process)

Location:

(PITMAPURA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers for CARs 24 , Spinny Process, responsible for handling customer queries related to astrology services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi, a polite and persuasive approach, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Freshers and candidates with a 10th pass qualification are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and explain services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a polite and professional tone while interacting with customers.

Convince and engage customers to avail of car related services.

Record and update customer details in the system.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

(Basic English knowledge is a plus).

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle customer queries patiently.

Basic knowledge of computer knowledge .

Confidence and enthusiasm to engage with customers effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass

No prior experience required – Training will be provided.

Experience:

0 – 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred).

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
