Qualifications

Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream).
one year experience
experience in hotel industry preferred

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
Good listening skills and ability to handle queries positively.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
Record customer information, feedback, and follow-ups systematically.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as guided by the supervisor.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,353.09 - ₹12,500.00 per month
