Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream).
- one year experience
- experience in hotel industry preferred
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle queries positively.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Record customer information, feedback, and follow-ups systematically.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as guided by the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,353.09 - ₹12,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
