Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele-Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our solar products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for solar panel installations.
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options clearly.
• Schedule site inspections and appointments for the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and close sales leads.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy products is beneficial (training provided).
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Proficient in using CRM and MS Office tools.
