We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to handle patient inquiries, convert leads into appointments, and support the sales team in increasing patient flow across Flexability branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed consultation appointments.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update CRM daily.
- Coordinate with the front desk and branch team for appointment scheduling.
- Re-engage old leads and pending patients for session continuation.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM handling.
- Target-oriented mindset with positive attitude.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, clinic, or service-based industry telecalling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,407.04 - ₹30,383.71 per month
Work Location: In person
