Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls: Engaging with potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handling inbound calls: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Generating leads: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.
  • Following up with customers: Maintaining contact to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Meeting sales targets: Contributing to individual and team sales goals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills: Clear and persuasive verbal communication is crucial.
  • Customer service skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Interpersonal skills: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales skills: Understanding customer needs and closing sales effectively.
  • Persuasion skills: The ability to convince customers to make a purchase or take action.
  • Problem-solving skills: Addressing customer issues and finding solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
