Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls: Engaging with potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handling inbound calls: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Generating leads: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.
- Following up with customers: Maintaining contact to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Meeting sales targets: Contributing to individual and team sales goals.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and persuasive verbal communication is crucial.
- Customer service skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Interpersonal skills: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Sales skills: Understanding customer needs and closing sales effectively.
- Persuasion skills: The ability to convince customers to make a purchase or take action.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
