Telecaller – Digital Marketing

Location: Siliguri ( Champasari )
Company: Koadai Digihub Pvt Ltd
Type: Full-time | Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on experience)

Koadai is a forward-thinking digital marketing agency focused on empowering businesses through innovative digital strategies, branding, and ad campaigns. We’re looking for passionate Telecallers who can connect with potential clients and pitch our services effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Call potential leads and explain digital marketing services (branding, website, social media ads, GMB, etc.)
Fix meetings for the Business Development/Marketing team
Follow up with warm leads and maintain daily call logs
Convince small to mid-sized businesses on the benefits of digital presence
Maintain CRM and lead sheets with updates

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience (preferred in sales or marketing)
Strong communication in English & Hindi
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
Goal-driven and persuasive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
