Key Responsibilities
1. School Mapping & Identification

  • Identify potential schools in the target geography (government, aided, and private schools as applicable).
  • Build and maintain a database of schools with details such as location, student strength, teacher strength, and grades offered.
  • Collect Block and District Wise School Data

2. Outreach & Engagement

  • Initiate communication with DEO,BEO and Government Officials
  • Initiate communication with school principals, headmasters, and school management committees (SMCs).
  • Explain the Ennoble Vision, project objectives and intervention model to gain interest and consent.
  • Document all communications, Data and maintain relationships for further assessments.

3. Data & Documentation

  • Maintain geo-tagged location details for identified and Verified schools.
  • Ensure all identified and Verified schools are updated in the centralized school data bank/CRM.
  • Ensure Maintenance call with School every week

4. Coordination

  • Share verified school lists with the Assessment Coordinator and internal teams for next steps.
  • Coordinate with district/block education officials when required.
  • Coordinate with Principal/ Schools for Partner Visit
  • Coordinate for Employee Engagement

5. Reporting

  • Maintain weekly reports on the number of schools identified and verified.
  • Flag challenges such as school identification issues or data discrepancies.
  • Provide timely updates to the manager on progress vs. targets
  • Maintain weekly data on the number of Maintenance calls completed

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Good communication in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data collection and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in community engagement (education sector preferred).
  • Preferred experience in Managing government contacts and school identification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

  • Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
