Job Role:

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive who will be responsible for calling potential clients, introducing them to our services, and booking personal consultation sessions with our expert numerologists.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

Clearly explain the benefits of numerology and personal consultation services.

Answer queries politely and professionally.

Schedule personal consultation appointments.

Follow up with interested leads regularly.

Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointment bookings.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth appointment handling.

Requirements:

9 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English understanding is a plus).

Confident, polite, and persuasive in approach.

Must have a personal smartphone and Laptop with a stable internet connection.

Self-motivated and comfortable working from home.

Should be target-oriented and disciplined.

Work Timings:

Full-Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

6 working days per week (1 weekly off)
