Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
- Handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Follow scripts and company guidelines while interacting with customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update information regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Record customer feedback and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude, confidence, and patience.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is an advantage.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass (High School).
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment
- Office-based calling setup.
- Rotational or fixed shifts depending on company policy.
- Attractive Incentive-based performance structure with salary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
