Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and generate leads for property sales or rentals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Provide details about available properties, projects, pricing, and payment plans.
Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and redirect calls to the concerned team.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close sales or set appointments.
Record all conversations and maintain proper call records and reports.
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
