Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Job Summary:
The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for telephonic communication with potential and existing clients for the purpose of product/sales service promotion, lead generation, and facilitating the sales process. The Telemarketing Executive would possess good communication skills, the ability to persuade, and a customer-centered approach.
Important Responsibilities
Make phone calls to potential and existing customers
Give explanations of products/services in an explanatory manner
Generating and Qualifying Sales Leads
Apply follow-up procedures to customer inquiries and past calls
Keep call and customer data up to date
Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets
Identify and address customer objections gracefully
Offer customer feedback and market trend information
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments
Required Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong Persuading and negotiation skills
Standard computer skills and an understanding of CRM
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Professional, positive, and confident telephone manner

Good listening skills
Time management and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,544.40 per month
