Tele Marketing Executive job opportunity

VedaNova is a rapidly growing Health & Wellness platform dedicated to helping individuals achieve better health through expert-led Nutrition, Mental Wellness, Fitness, and Preventive Healthcare services.

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support & Lead Conversion Executive with exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Follow up on inbound leads and guide them through the consultation booking process.
Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about our services.
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update and manage customer interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident in handling customer conversations and converting qualified leads.
Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Lead Conversion is preferred.
