VedaNova is a rapidly growing Health & Wellness platform dedicated to helping individuals achieve better health through expert-led Nutrition, Mental Wellness, Fitness, and Preventive Healthcare services.
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support & Lead Conversion Executive with exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Follow up on inbound leads and guide them through the consultation booking process.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about our services.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update and manage customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in handling customer conversations and converting qualified leads.
- Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Lead Conversion is preferred.
