Job Summary

We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-obsessed Telemarketing Executive who lives and breathes sales. This role is 100% performance-driven and meant for people who can handle pressure, rejections, daily targets, and still close deals consistently. If you’re hungry for incentives and not afraid of hardcore calling, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers daily
  • Pitch products/services confidently and close sales over the phone
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections like a pro and turn “NO” into “YES”
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and sales reports
  • Follow up relentlessly until closure
  • Work under strict deadlines and performance tracking
  • Upsell and cross-sell wherever possible
  • Maintain high energy and motivation throughout the workday

Performance Metrics (Non-Negotiable)

  • Daily call targets
  • Conversion ratio
  • Revenue generated
  • Closures per day/week
  • Consistent target achievement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO sales
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Fluent communication (local language + basic English preferred)
  • Thick skin and ability to handle rejection
  • Result-oriented mindset with killer follow-up skills
  • Willingness to work in a pressure-driven sales environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,778.83 per month
