Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Caller to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell our ERP software solutions to schools across India. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage potential customers effectively over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (schools) to propose and sell ERP software solutions.
- Explain the features and benefits of our ERP software .
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding the needs and requirements of schools.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a list of potential clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent or a bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the software or education industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided to the selected candidate to ensure you are well-equipped to understand and sell our ERP software effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
