We are looking for an experienced Tele caller / Tele-Sales Executive for a work-from-home or Onsite (hybrid), commission-based role.
Compensation (Pure Commission)
- 10% commission on bookings up to ₹50,000
- 12% commission on ₹50,001 – ₹1,00,000
- 15% commission on bookings above ₹1,00,000
Important (Must Read)
- No fixed salary
- Commission paid only on confirmed & paid bookings
- No commission on cancellations or refunds
- Company-provided leads (no cold data)
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to potential clients
- Explain company services clearly
- Close deals and coordinate with founder
- Maintain basic call/lead updates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in tele
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
