About Us

Atchayam Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a Beggar-Free India through community support, donor engagement, and social welfare initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to support our fundraising and donor outreach efforts.

Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing donors, explaining the organization's mission, encouraging financial contributions, and maintaining strong relationships with supporters. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling, customer engagement, or fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
• Explain Atchayam Trust's mission, projects, and social impact.
• Encourage donations and sponsorship support for ongoing programs.
• Follow up with donors regarding pledges, contributions, and acknowledgments.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and call outcomes.
• Update donor databases and related documentation.
• Coordinate sponsor booking schedules and meal delivery updates when required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters.
• Suggest strategies to improve donor engagement and fundraising results.
• Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

Required Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, customer support, fundraising, or related fields.
• Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in NGO fundraising or donor relations.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and passion for social impact.
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
