Job Description
Tecla Media is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to manage customer enquiries, convert leads, coordinate with vendors, and handle client communications while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Contact potential customers and convert leads into clients.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and expectations.
- Coordinate with vendors to collect pricing, quotations, availability, and service details.
- Prepare and share quotations with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain customer and vendor relationships.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Laptop/Desktop, stable internet connection, and a suitable calling environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
