Job Title: Telecalling Staff

Location: Calicut

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Telecalling

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Staff for a seasonal position from November 2025 to March 2026. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with prior experience in telecalling or customer interaction roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide relevant information to customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients.
• Update customer details and call records accurately in the database.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business growth during the seasonal period.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi/English.
• Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets within timelines.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
• Available for full-time work during the contract period (Nov 2025 – Mar 2026).
