Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Malad, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales over calls and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries.
  • Explain company products/services to customers clearly.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team when required.
  • Maintain daily call reports and sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Language Requirements:

Candidates knowing any of the following languages will be preferred:

  • Hindi
  • English
  • Marathi
  • Gujarati
  • Tamil
  • Kannada
  • Telugu
  • Any additional regional language is an advantage

Experience:

  • Freshers can apply.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer support preferred.

Working Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Day shift
  • Office-based role in Malad, Mumbai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
