Full Time

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Sikar. The Telemarketer will engage in making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about the clinic’s services and promotional offers. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, improving customer experience through proactive communication, and assisting the sales team by identifying and nurturing leads. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and facilitating a positive client experience.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and a demonstrated ability to build professional rapport with clients
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service operations
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience or interest in Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and meeting key metrics
High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
Previous experience in the beauty, healthcare, or service industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sikar, Rajasthan (Sikar)
