Job Description
Main Responsibility
A Phone Banking Officer handles customer calls, solves banking queries, and provides support related to accounts, cards, loans, and other banking services through phone or call center operations. This is mainly a customer support / voice process role.
ð§ Key Job Responsibilities

Receive inbound customer calls
Provide information about bank products
Solve customer queries professionally
Maintain call quality and service standards

Balance and account information
Debit/Credit card issues
Net banking and mobile banking support
Complaint registration and resolution
3ï¸â£ Banking Service Assistance
Block lost cards
Reset passwords
Provide transaction details
Guide customers for banking services
4ï¸â£ Cross-Selling Banking Products
Credit cards
Loans
Insurance
New accounts or upgrades
Promote bank offers
5ï¸â£ System & CRM Update
Update customer details in system
Record call information
Maintain daily call reports
Follow compliance and bank policies

Any Graduate / 12th Pass (some banks)
