Key Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound calls to leads
  • Confidently explain our product/service
  • Convert leads into confirmed buyers/subscribers
  • Follow up for order updates & payments
  • Maintain call logs & lead records via CRM/Excel
  • Meet and exceed sales targets regularly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5+ year of telesales experience
  • Excellent Hindi communication (Basic English is a plus)
  • Strong convincing skills & objection handling
  • Background in insurance, finance, education, e-commerce, FMCG, etc. preferred
  • Target-driven & comfortable with incentives
  • Should be punctual, consistent, and process-oriented

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
