Key Responsibilities
- Daily outbound calls to leads
- Confidently explain our product/service
- Convert leads into confirmed buyers/subscribers
- Follow up for order updates & payments
- Maintain call logs & lead records via CRM/Excel
- Meet and exceed sales targets regularly
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5+ year of telesales experience
- Excellent Hindi communication (Basic English is a plus)
- Strong convincing skills & objection handling
- Background in insurance, finance, education, e-commerce, FMCG, etc. preferred
- Target-driven & comfortable with incentives
- Should be punctual, consistent, and process-oriented
