As a Telecommunications professional you will be responsible for the Installation and Repair of Video, Internet, Home Security/Automation and Phone Services over Coax, Fibre and Cloud Networks in accordance with established policies & procedures.

The successful candidate is responsible for installing and servicing all residential and commercial products to industry standards and to the customer’s satisfaction. It is expected that all work functions are performed in a manner to ensure the highest level of quality customer service is achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess the best Customer Service skills possible, along with Job Proficiency, Problem Solving & Good Common Sense.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE….

Responsibilities-Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to perform electrical tasks related to telecommunication installations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoor settings, under varying weather conditions, ladder climbing, pole line works etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
