Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, explaining our courses and benefits, and helping them take their first step toward a successful finance career. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping people make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents to share details about ACCA, CA, and other courses offered by WinnersZone.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM daily.
- Follow up with interested leads and nurture them till closure.
- Coordinate with the Counselling and Marketing teams for leads and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction. Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counselling will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
