Job Title: Telesales Executive – IndiaPharmaHub
Location: Mumbai / Remote
Industry: Biopharma / B2B Marketplace
Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven telesales executive to convert leads into paying customers for IndiaPharmaHub. This role focuses on engaging pharma, biotech companies, vendors, and service providers and driving high-value B2B conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage qualified leads from campaigns, events, and database
- Explain platform value and offerings clearly to decision-makers
- Convert leads into paid listings, partnerships, or services
- Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain pipeline
- Maintain CRM records and track daily performance metrics
- Coordinate with marketing and partnerships team for lead flow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Biotech preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in telesales / inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
- Basic understanding of pharma/biotech industry is a plus

- Comfort talking to CXOs, scientists, and business heads
Compensation
- Fixed salary + high-performance incentives (uncapped)
- Growth into Business Development / Key Account roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,417.75 - ₹30,032.20 per month
