Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through platforms like IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, ensuring a professional and consultative approach.
- Sales Strategy: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients, provide product insights, and close deals effectively.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and customer needs to suggest improvements in sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in using platforms like IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and other CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable engaging with international customers across different time zones.
- Proven expertise in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Ability to manage supply chain processes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
