Telesales Executive (Hybrid)
Reporting directly to the Consumables Sales Manager this role is responsible for:
Opportunity is offered hybrid at our CityWest, Dublin office.
Your role in our future
Processing of all Inbound Core Consumable Orders
Processing of all Inbound Graphics Consumable Orders
Cover Outbound Core Supplies when colleagues are on leave
Support AM’s on pricing, product codes, availability of stock, delivery schedules etc
Research, Identify & Contact NTQ print & graphic companies for supplies
Out-bound calls to lapsed graphics supplies accounts for win back
Out-bound calls to Graphics base for Cross selling new products
Covering tasks for Supplies Managers Annual Leave
Ad hoc tasks
Your profile
1 year or more of experience working within an inbound phone-based role
Exceptional telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Professional approach to solving problem
