We are an established company in the USA logistics industry, offering services. We are looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generation Executive who can communicate effectively with clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA logistics market.
- Promote and sell company services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling. (preferably in logistics).
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Punjabi and Hindi
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic understanding of USA logistics operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Tele calling / Sales) ; Education: Minimum Graduate ; Languages Required: English, Punjabi & Hindi (Fluent)
