- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer records and foster positive relationships with existing clients.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers and gather client feedback.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate call logs and generate reports for management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details and services to effectively answer questions.
