Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining a good customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
