Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the tendering process for civil and electrical projects, including reviewing tender notices and understanding client requirements.
  • Support in the preparation and compilation of documentation for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (civil and electrical engineers, finance, etc.) to collect information and prepare bids.
  • Conduct basic research on clients, competitors, and market trends to support bid preparation.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Ensure timely submission of tender documents through the appropriate channels.
  • Participate in post-tender follow-ups, including clarifications and communication with clients.
  • Maintain organized records of all tender-related activities and documentation.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and client requirements during the tender process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Fresh Graduate (Any discipline, Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university).
  • Excellent English communication skills – speaking, listening, writing, and comprehension.
  • Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in developing knowledge of tender management, contracts, and project bidding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
