Position Overview
Critical Care Partners is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Territory Manager to lead and manage engagement with General Practitioners (GPs) across designated regions. This strategic role will act as a key interface between consultants and GP's, with a focus on driving growth, developing clinical offerings, and ensuring alignment with market needs.
The role will include both office-based responsibilities and regular travel to primary care practices and partner sites. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening CCP’s market presence through targeted outreach and collaborative service development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Promotion of CCP’s Pain Management Services
- Represent and promote CCP’s multidisciplinary pain service offering to GPs.
- Collaborate with the Pain Department Manager to refine the service based on GP feedback and evolving patient needs.
- Build strong, enduring relationships with referring practices to support service uptake and patient access.
2. Strategic Promotion of Select Surgical Partners
- Identify and support high-potential surgical partners across key growth areas.
- Assist surgical partners in developing clear, GP-facing service propositions that align with referral expectations.
- Deliver structured outreach campaigns to drive awareness and referrals to these services.
3. Clinical Offering Development and Market Alignment
- Provide strategic input into the design and evolution of new clinical offerings, ensuring relevance to the primary care community.
- Act as a voice of the market, relaying feedback from GPs to CCP’s clinical and operational leadership.
- Support the development of integrated service lines that meet the clinical, administrative, and commercial expectations of both GPs and patients.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare business development, territory management, or clinical liaison role.
- Strong understanding of the primary care landscape and healthcare referral pathways in Ireland.
- Proven ability to engage credibly with medical professionals and practice teams.
- Demonstrated experience working independently in a field-based or hybrid setting.
Desirable:
- Track record in supporting clinical service design or market entry strategy.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing and engagement frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €65,000.00 per year
