Mole Miners – Louisville Territory
Mole Miners is looking for a driven sales professional who isn’t afraid to work outdoors. This role is primarily responsible for meeting homeowners, diagnosing mole problems, and closing service agreements, while also assisting in field service when needed.
This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, autonomy, and helping homeowners solve real problems.
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners and perform property inspections
- Diagnose mole activity and recommend solutions
- Deliver estimates and close service agreements
- Follow up on open quotes to convert sales
- Assist with trap installation and service when needed
- Represent Mole Miners with professionalism and integrity
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator who enjoys talking with homeowners
- Comfortable with sales and closing deals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups
Compensation:
The compensation starts at a $40,000 salary & has a commission based bonus structure at 5% of expected yearly revenue from every job sold.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
