We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Test Analyst to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications across multiple platforms, including mobile and web. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and plans for various applications, including mobile (Android, iOS) and web-based platforms.
• Utilize testing tools such as TestNG, Selenium, JUnit, and Visual Studio to automate test processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing on applications built with technologies like Java, C#, Python, PHP, Node.js, and .NET.
• Perform database validation using SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PL/SQL, and JDBC to verify data integrity and application interactions.
• Collaborate with development teams using version control tools such as Git (GitHub, GitLab), SVN, TFS, and Azure DevOps to integrate testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Use tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment automation.
• Analyze test results to identify issues or bugs; document defects clearly using Jira or similar tracking tools.
• Validate REST APIs and cloud-based services on platforms like AWS and Azure for performance and security compliance.
• Participate in requirement reviews to understand project scope; provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and defect reports for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing with a strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java, C#, Python, PHP, C++, or JavaScript for test script development.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server; experience with SQL queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms using relevant tools.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git (GitHub/GitLab), SVN or TFS; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of RESTful API testing and cloud services including AWS or Azure environments.
• Knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux; familiarity with Linux shell scripting (Bash).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues quickly; excellent attention to detail in test case design and execution.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $27.23-$73.90 per hour
