About the Role

We are on the lookout for passionate, detail-oriented Test Associates ready to kick-start their journey in software testing. If you’re a fresh graduate or early-career professional, this is your chance to get hands-on with real projects - testing web, mobile, enterprise and similar applications that impact thousands of users.

Job Title: Test Associate (0 - 1 Year Experience)

Location: Work From Office - Viman Nagar, Pune

Work Day: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Permanent

Required Skills & Qualification:

Any graduate or postgraduate passed out on or after 2020/2021 with any stream and percentage scored. Yes, we allow candidates from any stream and educational background to apply and build their career in Software Testing.
Must have completed a certified Software Testing course from a recognized institute or ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level).
Excellent professional attitude, interpersonal, communication, behavioral skills with the positive ability to learn and adapt to the dynamic project environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Strong understanding of manual testing with exposure to automation tools.
Good to have Performance Testing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Seek training on latest software trends, tools, technology stack and software testing concepts
Attend online and offline training sessions on different software testing techniques
Assist other software testers for conducting different types of software testing such as functional testing, test automation, performance testing and security testing
Understand applications to be tested and ask queries
Analyze web and mobile apps and help with test strategy, test plan
Create test data and help to create test environment
Write test cases, develop test scripts to cover modules to be tested
Execute test cases, test scripts as per release cycle
Report defects, suggestions and enhancements to improve overall application quality
Contribute to the testing team across different stages of STLC
Participate to solve complex problems and investigate root cause

Step 1 - Application Screening

Step 2 - Online Assessment: Aptitude and Testing Fundamentals

Step 3 - Technical Discussion: Online/Offline Discussion on Manual Testing, SDLC/STLC, Automation Testing and scenario-based questions.

Step 4 - Culture Fitment Round: Offline assessing communication skills, cultural fit and career aspirations.

Step 5 - Offer, Preboarding & Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive the offer letter and begin Preboarding & then Onboarding.
