Job Title: Test Prep Specialist
We are seeking an experienced, data-driven SAT/ACT and/or ISEE Specialist with a proven track record of helping students achieve top-percentage-point gains. The ideal candidate has deep content knowledge, test-taking strategy expertise, and a sophisticated understanding of timing, pacing, and content knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized study plans
- Deliver high-quality instruction in ACT/SAT test preparation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest changes to the ACT, SAT, ISEE tests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Demonstrated success improving student scores by 100+ points (SAT) or 3+ points (ACT) on average
- Experience with College Board and ACT Bluebook platforms, practice test analytics, and timing drills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into explicit, engaging instruction for high-achieving students
- Personal composite score in the 95th percentile or higher.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
