We are now offering you an opportunity to lead the work at our Time Standards unit. Here, you will drive the development of our unit that focuses on our unique time studies. This data is a crucial part of our product, CABAS, which enables reliable repair calculations for our customers during damage management.
About the position
The team is responsible for planning and conducting time studies on vehicle damage repairs at our workshop customers. These studies form the basis of our unique time standards, which are at the heart of our products, and whose quality is ensured through statistical methods and analyses.
Your mission will be to work together with the team to develop and shape our time study methods as well as the processing of collected data to achieve high customer satisfaction. You will also represent CAB in external collaborations based on your expertise in our time standards.

You are responsible for the business plan, budget, and delivery for your unit. You have personnel responsibility, which includes leading unit meetings, planning employees’ skills development, and ensuring a good working environment for your team members wherever we operate. You will also conduct performance reviews and be responsible for salary setting.
Together with your fellow managers, you coordinate deliveries, develop our processes, and turn our strategies into reality.

You also have a strong ability to reach common solutions among various stakeholders. You are used to driving long-term deliveries and strategies and enjoy a role where you can influence the work moving forward.
