We are looking for a full time Tire Sales Advisor. You will be required to:
- Handle tire sales at the front counter and on the telephone, with a strong focus on facilitating the best possible customer service.
- We are looking for someone who is hands on and can help in the shop when needed.
- Write up work orders for all sales and service transactions, gather customer and vehicle information, help in locating tire inventory from stock and communication with the Technicians.
- Move customer vehicles in and out of the shop when required. (Standard and Automatic Transmissions)
- Take all "Service Call" telephone requests, write up work orders and help with dispatching tire Techs accordingly.
- Invoice all products and service sales once complete and process payments.
- Some heavy lifting may be required.
- Additional tasks as requested by management.
Knowledge about tires is considered an asset but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
