Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts.
• Provide attentive toddler care by ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support at all times.
• Manage classroom activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and physical activity.
• Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices.
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote cooperation and respect among children.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle multiple children effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
