Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role is essential in shaping the early learning experiences of our students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged in their educational journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and respect among students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques.
• Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special needs or disabilities, ensuring all children receive the support they require.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in childcare and education.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare or as a preschool teacher is preferred.
• Skills in babysitting, caregiving, or working with individuals with disabilities are highly valued.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Experience working with students who have special education needs is a plus.
• Ability to engage children in meaningful activities that promote their development across various domains (social, emotional, cognitive).
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs within the classroom.
• A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children is essential.
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education or related fields are preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,122.00 - $40,514.00 per year
