Summary

We are seeking an Operator to join our dynamic team at Roechling Industrial Gastonia. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the production of high-quality thermoplastic products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of thermoplastic products.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Utilize hydraulic systems and tools effectively for manufacturing processes.
• Document production data accurately using CMMS software.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use voltmeters and ohmmeters for equipment diagnostics.
• Familiarity with scissor lifts and other industrial equipment is a plus.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills are highly desirable.
